TAXES:
  • Taxes are subject to change as per Government regulations without prior notice.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
  • Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused
    by them or their friends or their visitors.
  • Hotel Will Charge for a Bath/Hand Towel if misused by Guests like cleaning of shoes
    etc as 500 rs for Bath Towel & 350 for Hand Towel.

HOTEL POLICIES:
  • Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed in the guest room.
  • Visitors are not allowed in the guest room.
  • Use of the facility for any illegal activity like prostitution, gambling or any form of
    betting is not permitted.
  • Consumption of alcohol and use of narcotic substances are not permitted in the
    premises.
  • Check in time 12:00 hours – Check out time 11:00 hours – Any early check-in and
    late check-out will be subject to availability and charges as per hotel policy. Any
    early departure would be liable to pay full stay.

SETTLEMENT OF BILL:
  • Bills must be settled on presentation.
  • Personal cheques are not acceptable.
COMPANY’S LIEN ON GUEST LUGGAGE AND BELOGINGS:
  • In case of default in payment, the Management shall be entitled to a lien on the
    luggage and belongings and detain the same and/or sell of action such property at any time after the day of departure without referring to the party appropriate to the net sale proceeds towards the amount due from the guest.
  • The hotel will not be responsible for the loss of guest valuables from rooms, safety boxes are available free of charge in the Reception.
  • Storing of cinema films raw or exposed or any other articles of a combustible of
    hazardous nature in residential rooms is strictly prohibited.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:

  • Luggage may be stored in the Left Luggage room at the guests sole risk.
  • Luggage may not be stored for a period over 2 days

MANAGEMENT RIGHT:
  • The Management resevers to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request to vacate his/her room at any moment without
    any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
  • The guest shall be bound to vacat the room when requested to do so.
  • In case of default, Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongigs of the guest from occupide by the guest and lock the room.

RELATION BETWEEN COMPANY AND
VISITORS:

  • Nothing herein before stated shall constitute or to be deemed any tenancy or any right of tenancey or any right on interest in the hotel premises or part/portion there if in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and possession and control of the hotel premises.


GOVERMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • Guest are requested to observe the goverment rules.
  • AMENDMENT OF RULES: The management reserves the right to amend any of the above terms,conditions and rules.


SMOKING ZONE:

  • Entire Hotel premise is Non-Smoking. It is permitted only at a designated area in the Hotel.
  • I myself (Guest) is agreeing for all above Hotel Policies before signing REGISTRATION CARD for DE GLANCE HOTEL, SURAT.
